I am Isha Chhabra, I have been teaching Bollywood dance for last many years as I have been a part of Bollywood industry.
I grew up learning dance from all the big masters of Bollywood.
when I moved to LA I thought of spreading the fun and joy of Bollywood with everyone here!
Dance makes me happy and joyful, each time I invent my choreography , it gives me more motivation to create more And share with all the Bollywood lovers !

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
each student has diffrent prefrence like some students wants to meditate with breath practise and some just want to visualize and some wants guided or mantras meditation ..
i have desined my meditation course as per the student prefrence ....

I have been a student of Vipashna,Isha foundation,Sri Sri and brahma Kumari...
also I have been trained in Adhishakti Theater which is located in Pondicherry (india)
