I have been professionaly training for the past 26 years in dance leading styles such as: Ballete, Jazz, Contemporery, Flamenco, Hip-Hop and Salsa. Anyone from professional trained dancers and performing artists to inexperinced first timers, ages 5-60+.

I have also worked with different kinds of populations, internationally.

I love teaching all my students, but most in particular I love my Little Sonics, ages 6-8, when I have them work on their "Flow". The "Flow" is when I give my students some stractual instructions, in which they find their own way to move and express themselves. I love this work with this specific age group because they are free from self-judgment and let their bodies dance freely, thus discovering new ways of moving, connecting with their own body and expressing it.

Aim to find a teacher who's experienced in what you are looking to learn and achieve. Express your goals and needs to them and ask how they aim to help you achieve and accommodate them.

1. What you, the student, want to get out of this experience. That doesn't have to be limited to just the physical. Feel free to specify: Emotional goals, mental goals, physical, etc. The more you understand WHY you want this, the more focused and fruitful the experience will be.

2. In how long would you, the student, idealy like to achieve your aim?

3. What is your availabilty and budget?
