Khalil Hebert Drum Lessons

I'm a professional drummer, educator, producer & audio engineer. I have studied privately under Joseph D. Mitchell (LA Phil Harmonic) and James Bradley Jr. (Chuck Mangione, Anita Baker & Crazy Town). I have been playing & teaching drums professionally for over 15 years, and currently offering lessons to beginning and intermediate students.

You will learn to read drum notation, proper sticking techniques, all 25 rudiments of American drumming, odd meter patterns, playing to a click track, creative drum fills and many styles including; jazz, funk, fusion, blues, rock, R&B, hip hop, drum n bass, world music and orchestral. Lessons are held at my project recording studio near downtown Los Angeles. (Same building as the melodic school)
