Im not a typical dance teacher who happens to know salsa or tango. Im a specialist in only two dance disciplines, salsa and Argentine tango both social and competitive. Over 20 years experience. Voted favorite male salsa instructor of the year in 2012.

I am fun and playful while also focusing on quick progress and growth. It’s like have a boot camp coach and a cheerleader in one. You’ll feel motivated, joyful, and unstoppable. I coach beginner runners and new dancers to success. You’ll be running your first race or hitting the dance floor dancing salsa in 6-12 weeks! I’ve been teaching salsa and dancing for over 18 years and I’ve been running races and coaching for over 12 years. What makes my running coaching stand out is that I incorporate custom running meditations that are scientifically proven to reprogram your subconscious mind and make you feel more joyful and accomplished. Having been a professional dancer, coach and adjuducator for over 35 years, I've been lucky to have experienced many aspects of the dance industry. The best part has been watching my students achieve their goals, be it at the elementary through college ages and into their 90's! I love teaching!
