Hi, I have been playing basketball since I was 7 years old, I started volleyball freshman year of high school. I became a junior olympic athlete at 16. Multiple fully athletic scholarships to D1 schools for volleyball and basketball. Now as a coach I focus on the player. What my coaches told me to through a timeout or a rough practice. I focus on what are the next steps to be better; what skills you’re already great at and how can we make them even better. My job as a coach is to work in growth and listen to the players.
