Coach Chris is able to make me a better player every session. He sees where I need to improve on, better my techniques and pushes me all the way. He’s training is not limited to volleyball, but life in general. If I were to choose one favorite lesson from Coach Chris, it would be the lesson of leadership.

Dana is amazing! She really took the time and focused on what my 7 year old son needed to work on. The idea of teaching the foundation of volleyball alongside muscle strengthening is brilliant. I love that Dina is teaching the kids how to properly play so they won’t be injured. Dana gave a lot of tips to practice at home as well which I appreciated.
