I am a Certified Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and have studied at PlantLab Culinary in Plant-Based Cooking. I grew up in a vegetarian household and have worked at various farmer’s markets since I was 12 yrs old. My passion is to help people incorporate more fruits and veggies into their life no matter what what their goals are. I can make healthy well-balanced delicious meals or of what you need is comfort food to help you transition into eating less meat then we can focus on that. The possibilities are endless!
