Hi students,
My name is Lael. I'm an actress and social media professional from Los Angeles!
Ever since I was about 4 years old, I gravitated towards performance, whether that be my jump into improv with competitive vigor, or the countless plays I would partake in with the sassiest, funniest, or most relatable characters.
After graduating high school at the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, I went straight into auditioning with the new manager and agent I booked, LINK Ent. and Innovative Artists Agency. After about 6 months of very successful auditioning, I realized I had some life to experience before truly being able to play the roles I so dreamed for, and casting knew that too! I made it to the top 2 of main characters for Netflix series', and even got a callback for a Spielberg film all within the first 6 months! However, I knew I wouldn't be able to do justice to myself without getting some hands n life experience, so I made the incredibly frowned upon decision to abandon my representation. Now, nearly 7 years later, I have dove into every facet of life. Name any job (with obvious exceptions), I've done it! Of course, nothing will ever be as powerful as acting, but the craft is about living.
Now, while still gathering my new and improved reel, I want to help others who need a hand auditioning, filming, and reading for their self tapes or scenes. Having started auditioning at the beginning of the Covid lockdown, it was nearly impossible to find someone for the up to 5 auditions PER WEEK I was filming, each with 3 scenes per role... My only option of someone who read well and filmed me adequately was wholly unreliable! So, here I am to take that place for others. I will help you read, talk through, film and feel confident in your sides and self tapes (and at a great price!).
