Tradicion Dance Company

Since its inception in the year 2010, Tradición Dance Company has grown to over 70 dancers. Our company is a non profit organization 501 (c) (3) and it prides itself in being part of the Pomona, CA community and is formed by children, youth , and adults who share the same interest in Mexican culture. The dancers not only learn about the art form of Mexico, but also keep themeselves occupied by gaining knowledge of dance skills and techniques. When the Founder & Artistic Director Manuel Vizcarra Jr. started the company, it was with the purpose of providing an extra-curricular activity for the youth in his community. This would allow him to share the beautiful folk dances of Mexico that he is so passionate about. His endeavor is to inspire everyone with his choreographic works and instill cultural pride in his dancers. Tradición Dance Company has impressed many audiences through the years, and will continue to do so by sharing the beautiful dances of Mexico!
