I have taught yoga in studios across India and given personal lessons. The yoga I teach has been passed down to me by Indian gurus and deeply rooted in my culture and lifestyle. For me, yoga is not just an hour long practice but life itself, and that's something I would like to pass on to those I train. I have RYT 200 and Prenatal Yoga certifications The interaction with people I teach is what I enjoy the most. Every personality, body type and mind set is different, therefore each yogi will have different needs. I particularly enjoy designing personal practices to match their needs....
