About
Hi, I am a Juilliard grad and have been teaching and playing for the last 25 years. I am a serious and a kind teacher grounded in tradition plus my own interpretation of what works for you as an educator of the mind. Teaching-motivatin is my passion and mission in life. It’s not just teaching how to put fingers down, but layers of discovery levels to enjoy going thru the path together with the wealth of Piano music given. I prefer to teach Chopin balades, but not everyone is going to be Lang Lang. My expertise is In classical. You will be taught a well-rounded, holistic musicianship that will last a lifetime. It gives me great pleasure to see the students think on their own and be their own teacher as music is joyful and fun to learn. Through music, we learn language, things that we didn’t know existed in ourselves.
I teach Traditional classical to standard jazz. I am looking for serious students who want to learn and discover their potentials so high that I am confident to say, sky is the limit.
Exploring together and help student sees things in them that they didn’t even think existed. The little light bulb goes off and the ability to feel empathy and unspoken beauty in the idiom we call music.
