I've known since I was a teenager that I wanted to be an artist, but I was always told I could never make a living at it! Hello and welcome! My name is Nadine and I am a freestyle mixed media artist, muralist, and therapeutic arts coach with over 30 years experience residentially and commercially. In my 30 years of experience I've done work for museums, schools, modeling agencies, salons, restaurants, churches, and people's homes. I have enjoyed teaching art for grades K-12 and I help many therapeutically work through trauma using creativity and art. I do live art at venues and events. I love hosting paint parties, and I am also part of a muralists team based out of Sacramento. My favorite mediums to work with are; acrylics, pastels, markers, and spray paint

With more than 15 years experience, I have been teaching several art areas, topics and design for My students. They were mostly older people and also younger high School and university ages. Patris Studio and Art Gallery, founded in 2006, is a locally owned art hub located in Sacramento, California. It's more than just an art studio, offering a variety of services including original artwork exhibits, painting and drawing classes, and weekly figure drawing sessions with a live model. The studio is also involved in local community events such as the 2nd Saturday Art Walk. They relocated to the historic district of Oak Park in 2012, joining in the community's revitalization efforts and becoming part of the Triangle Arts District.
