I love helping new students learn how to eat healthier and save money by not going out to fast food restaurants and other unhealthy places to eat. I also enjoy helping people save money and cook better tasting food than eating out or buying prepackaged or frozen meals. I help people to cook delicious, inexpensive and easy to cook meals. In the time it takes to order a pizza and have it delivered with my help you could be eating a much better meal that is more nutritious and most likely less expensive. I have been teaching cooking for over 20 years at my home and my students. I have been a chef at some of the best fishing lodges in Alaska. I can help you become a better cook, cook delicious meals, lose weight, teach your kids to cook, and help you save money

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask what my students want to learn how to cook, what their budget is, how much time they need. We assess if they would do the shopping or if I will do it. I can give the classes at their homes or at my place.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chiropractic school and many years of cooking in restaurants that my parents and relatives have owned.
