What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I'd like to have a phone conversation to get an understanding of the students goals and then tailor the lesson to meet and hopefully exceed their expectations. I like learning about what the students passion and interests in food are and let them also teach me about food. Keep this casual as well as educational.
