The Conscious Cook hosts different cooking instructors who teach various classes, all with a nutrition focus. For over 13 years our classes teach nutrition education and healthy food preparation, with dietary needs in mind, such as gluten free and vegan. The Conscious Cook was awarded Best Cooking Schools in 2015 and Best Cooking Teachers in 2017.
We love helping people learn how to bring cooking back into the home; while still saving time, money and nutrition. With switching some ingredients to healthier ones, people can still enjoy the food they love and create healing dishes at the same time.
