What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, a simple phone call or video call to introduce myself, then a one hour consultation meeting in person if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working in the Film & Television Production Industry since 1992. I Primarily work as a Producer/Director. I’m a SAG Actor and write my own screenplays.

3 Hour Class on weekends. Sometimes on location where we will shoot.
$50 per class/rehersals
How did you get started teaching?
I’m branching out to help actors create a professional portfolio and demo reel. I’m coaching Actors to help them prepare themselves to work in a professional atmosphere with small crews.
We will focus on Auditions, Monologues and Scene techniques with other actors. Blocking for the camera and discussing the different methods and techniques.
This group will be a so-to-speak support group for the actors for upcoming projects & auditions.
What types of students have you worked with?
Mostly Film Actors and Filmmakers from the San Francisco Bay Area as well as Palm Springs, CA.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Sundance Film Festival, The Palm Springs International Film Festival, Cinequest and Comic-Con in San Diego.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Check their demo reels and if you like what you see then meet with the instructor one on one. If everything feels positive, then commit.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Your needs are important, but working with someone who can guide you in the right direction from an outsiders point of view is crucial. You need to be able to keep yourself open to new ideas. You may think you’re better at a specific type of role, but I may see a better role that suits you. My goal is to guide you in the right direction with enough ammunition to help you feel confident when going in for that audition or preparing yourself for that next role.
