What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first meeting is all about getting a good sense of where you have been, where you are now, and where you want to go! Whether it is polishing your grammar for a new job, feeling more comfortable speaking in front of others or singing your heart out on big stages, I can help you. I need to see what is working for you, and what is not so that we can adjust and refine your techniques to achieve your dreams!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of training and performance experience in a variety of musical styles, which has uniquely prepared me to appreciate the journey each singer takes in finding their unique voice and expressing it. I have a minor degree in music, as well as having performed with a touring professional choir, and several different bands. I have been the lead vocalist for a local jazz/swing band for almost 20 years.

I charge $80 for an hour long lesson. Please contact me regarding shorter or longer lessons.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching because there are so many people who long to sing who don't believe they can, but are not wiling to give up on their dreams. I am here to help you make your dreams reality.
