The need of the Student first, Second the attitude of the Student (Are they doing this for them or someone esle?)
I then Find their best learning methods and design a Module to help them where they need to be.
I prefer Hands on face to face however with Covid trying to try online options

Be ready to be challenged there is no easy road and there is no set way for everyone because each person is different in his or her own ways. Be ready to go hard because time is something you cannot regain andoppurtunity comes but once in a lifetime.
