My Training philosophy is simple, evaluate, and know your needs and goals. Create a program for YOUR body. I don't prescribe exercise programs that are written for "the general population". I create exercises specifically for you that work with your body. I take the time to learn the mechanics of you. I create an intensely valuable wellness program specific for your needs.

Seeing people Succeed, hitting there goals, having fun, and knowing the path to fitness is not going to easy, but obtained by working hard and going for it. Twenty short years of Coaching and leading people to a higher standard of fitness is what I do. As an ACE -certified Professional, CPR, AED, certified, knowledge of first-aid services, Pre/Post RE-Hab Training, Strenght and Conditioning, Core, Seniors,and Coaching Tennis...

He is consistent, encouraging and very knowledgeable. He keeps me consistent to our appointments. I can do things with my legs today that I wasn’t sure I would be able to do after surgery.
