Welcome! A session with me is exactly what you need to get to the next level. With my training in The Method, Linklater, Stella Adler, and Meisner Technique, I will help you develop your character from the tips of their toes all the way to the crown of their heads. We will develop an authentic character that stems solely from you: your life, your experiences, your truth. Often actors look from without to try and "find" their characters. I believe we should turn inward on that journey.
I've been studying theatre/acting since high school. I received my MA in Musical Theatre from CSU Chico, and my MFA from The Actors Studio Drama School at PACE in NYC. I receive so much joy by helping others figure out their puzzle pieces in the journey of developing their characters. In addition to acting throughout the Bay Area, I am also a Teaching Artist. I work with children on a daily basis , creating, exploring, learning how to work with other collaboratively, owning our bodies, projection, character development, etc. This is my small contribution to the world. Helping others find their voices through their art.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Varies depending on the need of the student. If a student is looking for private training on a regular basis, our journey begins with getting an understand of where you are as an artist: what skills you already have in your tool box, training, etc. From there we will warm up the body physically, as well as vocally, and begin our work whether it be character development, monologe work, or preparing for an audition.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recieved my BA in Musical Theatre from CSU, Chico.
I recieved my MFA from The Actors Studio Drama School at PACE University in New York City.

A 60 min Coaching Session: $50 (plus travel)
A 90 min coaching Session: $75 (plus travel)
Prepaid 4-60 min Sessions: $200 (plus travel)
Prepaid 4-90 min Sessions: $300 (plus travel)
