Cody is friendly and positive and great with my 13 yr old. He comes prepared and on time every week and is great with communication. Carlos is a phenomenal coach. But he’s more than just that: he is an amazing mentor and a great human being. Carlos has improved my son’s basketball iq and has sharpened my son’s game to be successful at the high school and aau level. Carlos works on the technical side of the game. What separates him most from other coaches is his attention to detail and the bond that he builds with his students. I would recommend Carlos to anyone who is serious about the game and has the will to get better.

I met Gerard at a fitness studio that I had been going to for 3 years. I was extremely happy at that studio, but I am even happier having Gerard as my personal trainer. The fact that he trained and competed professionally as a body builder himself is what initially drew me in as, clearly, he knows what he's doing. I was correct in my assumption; he is a human encyclopedia of fitness and nutrition information. The variety in exercises we do is astonishing and tailored to my individual fitness goals. No two sessions are the same. He is sensitive to limitations and injuries. His encouragement keeps me pushing harder, and he seems genuinely interested in helping me achieve my goals. I now prefer working out with Gerard. I have benefitted greatly from his guidance, support, and expertise and will continue my fitness journey with him as my coach.
