I am currently in my third year living in Los Angeles and have been going to countless auditions. Before moving to Los Angeles I worked with kids for 2+ years and loved it. I worked in a camp where we specialized in acting, singing, and dancing. I have also worked with kids on a developmental level mentoring them as well. I am on the younger side so I am able to relate and connect to my students. Acting is my passion and I have been doing from a very young age. Since moving to Los Angeles I have also been writing and directing so I will be able to approach acting from all points of view.
Acting is not a career, it's a lifestyle. If it is something you want to pursue or you are pursuing, it needs to be constantly worked on. Practice makes better. You should always be learning, growing, and evolving in your craft.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to access their needs and wants in the entertainment industry and go from there. Look at their head shots, resume, and any reels they have to help improve the materials they already have and work on creating new material. I also have access to an amazing agent so when I think you're ready for representaion I would be more than happy to refer you to the agency.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have directed multiple one act shows over the past six years, I took acting and directing classes at Santa Barbara City College, and since moving to Los Angeles I have been writing and directing my own projects as well as acting.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I only work in private lessons for the most part because I prefer to give students my full attention. My rate is $60 for one hour but I am doing a special half off rate for your first lesson! Save $10 per lesson when you buy a package of four and save $15 dollars per lesson when you buy a package of eight. During lessons I can help with audition prep, scene analysis, filming self tapes, and I can assist with a script you are writing if that's where your passions are as well as acting. Additional pricing can be discussed if you're in need of a reel. I have access to a great cinematographer that will take your reel to the next level!
How did you get started teaching?
I have always loved working with children and young adults, and I have always been passionate about acting. I decided to combine the two and become an acting coach.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have mainly worked with students from 10-18 years old who are all at very different levels of acting. If you are a couple of years younger I would be more than happy to do a trial lesson to see if we are a fit. Though my teachings are primarily for children and young adults, don't let that discourage you! I am more than happy to work with you if you are willing to put in the time.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be picky! There are many different methods and teachers out there and you have to find the one that's right for you. I am very easy to work with and I am always improving my methods to help better your acting.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Why do you want to act? What kind of acting do you want to focus on? What are your strengths and weaknesses when if comes to acting?
