About

Corey Pepper received a BA in Theater from State University of NY at Binghamton. He was a founding member of National Lampoon Players, the first improv company started by the famed humor magazine, studying improv with Chris Barnes and Michael Haggarty of Second City Chicago. He’s a Graduate of the Warner Bros. Comedy Writers program. Corey has performed as a regular standup comic at the Improv and the Comedy Store. He has thirty years experience as actor, writer, comic and teacher, including performing for the Walt Disney Co. for over ten years. He has appeared as an actor in such projects as "Studs Lonigan" for NBC, and "The Quickening" for A&E. He has been a faculty member at the New York Film Academy for the last seven years teaching in all programs including their BFA and MFA programs. Corey has been teaching working actors improv for past 12 years for the Lisa Picotte Young Actor Workspace helping actors such as Emmy nominee Millie Bobby Brown (Stranger Things), Ty Simpkins (Jurassic World), Grace Kaufman (Man With a Plan), Daniel DiMaggio (American Housewife) and Josh Rush (Andi Mack) to achieve their dreams.
