What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I read with the student to evaluate his or her current ability and then discuss a plan to add to their strengths and build up their weaknesses.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been acting professionally since I was a child and have taught at the Alan Feinstein Studio for the past six years. I wrote Conquering the Film and Television Audition, published in 2016 and available online and any book outlet and in Barnes and Noble, Studio City.

Depends on what is needed. Private coaching starts at $50 per half hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I began working with friends on their auditions and when they started booking jobs, realized coaching and teaching was something I could do quite well.
What types of students have you worked with?
All types from beginners to currently working actors at the series regular level down to featured players.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Does the teacher speak to you in a manner that you can understand?
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Define as clearly as you can your goals. Do you want to merely improve generally or do you have a specific goal, such as getting an agent or really up the caliber of your audition.
