About this pro

I work to make you the best actor that you can be by giving you the keys to your own creative force!

I will show you how to stand in your OWN light instead of trying to imitate someone else's.

We will have fun, but every coach says that haha! We will have fun unleashing your fullest potential, which sometimes is scary, but getting past it will remove the fear that holds us back.

EVERYTHING! The fact that this is what I do for a living and can help someone along the way is incredible!

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Step one would be figuring out a students strengths and weaknesses and building from there.

Step two would be developing a custom made plan for them to grow them as the actors and actress they are so that they bring the best choices to their work as possible.

Step three we continue working step two while also getting them out into the world to show everyone who will watch. Finding auditions and opportunities to get them moving.

Step four - faith without works is dead and its better to be doers of the word instead of just hearers, so if student is really serious and follow the plan that was created, I will do everything in my power to get them setup with representation in their respective markets.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I started pursuing Acting as a career at the age of 13. So in this 14 years of doing this I have trained and workshopped with some of the best in the world of film and television. I have recieved instruction in Meisner with Joanna Sanchez, workshops with various Casting Directors, master booking class with Amy Lyndon, and the Actors Workshop at the Anthony Meindl Studio. The last two have respectively produced several guest-star and series regulars.

So with all of my training, being scammed a few times, going to film school, working behind the scenes as a Director and Producer, running a SAG-AFTRA franchised talent agency, working with casting directors, and the golden opportunity of all, which I find to be the most important: I am a working actor myself.

You can find me as a recurring Guest Star on the hit TV series BETTER CALL SAUL as the gentle soul Ernesto.

Other projects you can find me in: Friday Night Lights, In Plain Sight, The Night Shift, Maze Runner: Scorch Trials, Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, etc.

How did you get started teaching?

I got started teaching during my film school learning. As a Director working with Actors. After working as an assistant talent agent, I often read and rehearsed with actors before taping their auditions.

Upon moving to Los Angeles, my talent manager turned me on to coaching - sending me actors to train up and send out into the world.

And as much as I love acting, I love helping actors grow to their fullest potential, to hit those 10,000 hours of mastery.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

They are here to guide your instruction which requires a level of trust and transparency.

Find a coach who has a respect for those values and aren't afraid to answer your questions.

A coach who can learn something for you, and not just you learn from them, which I find to be the biggest problem among coaches.

Challenge them. Challenge yourself. And with clear eyes, a full heart, you just can't lose.
