What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I love to collaborate with students to meet their needs and help them discover all that is possible through engaging and exciting classes. I meet students where they are in the learning process to offer classes that help them build upon the knowledge and skills they may already have. Absolute beginners are my favorite students! I not only teach you skills but also guide you to build your "life menu" of techniques and recipes unique to your culinary journey
