Dylan is an incredible teacher. I learned more from him about music theory than I did from all my former guitar teachers combined. Believe me, you won't regret taking lessons with him! Sign up now!

Very understanding as far as needing to cancel or reschedule due to life and/or sickness, very knowledgeable, great attitude and straight to the point. With the few months of working with my son on the trombone he caught up to his classmates and was able to perform in the last concert of the year and has a new found love for all instruments.

Reviews "I interviewed pretty much every music teacher in Alexandria before deciding to go with Mark. There are two types of music teachers I've found - amateur musicians who play guitar in their own band and think they can teach any musical instrument, and professional music teachers who don't have a lot of musical authority. "Mark is a musical authority - a professional musician, with solid credentials, and he's an excellent teacher. I really feel like I'm training from a master and not just from an old-fashioned teacher who's stepping me through an instruction routine." " He's been able to bring me up to speed on piano very quickly with no pressure. He explains musical techniques and concepts so that they're clearly understood and easy to learn."

Miss Christine is a wonderfully knowledgeable, fun, and patient teacher for my 10 year old who is learning the drums. She tailors each lesson for him and whatever he is wanting to focus on/work towards. She sends over helpful documents for him that she made, and she even looked up some songs in her free time to get familiar with the songs he likes even managing to find the sheet music for them as well. She remembers what they have worked on and new things they are learning and most importantly, makes it enjoyable!
Miss Christine really goes above and beyond, which is hard to do via Zoom, and she a very talented teacher that my whole family highly recommends!

When I came to Mr. C my understanding of my voice and what I had was very limited. I thought I could only do a few things vocally. He was able to see what was in me before I could. He was one of the first people in my life to really help me believe in my singing voice. Through our time together I developed my vocal range, falsetto, vocal exercises and confidence in the range of my voice. He went the extra mile in so many ways as a teacher by even showing up and accompanying me on the keyboard at my performances, giving me opportunities to play, and always being available when I had questions or a needs. I would not be the artist or vocalist I am today without Mr. C's investment of time and teaching in me. Very thankful for Mr. C
