About this pro

Hey There.

I am currently a coach at the Fabian Grassini Tennis Academy, which you can find at FGTA.com

I grew up learning from multiple USTA Certified Elite Professional Coaches, at Indian Wells and all over Orange County and attending Nike Tennis Camps.

Making a difference in people's lives and being a mentor.

I love connecting as a teacher with students and seeing the growth right before my eyes.

Helping someone improve at their passion is truly a blessing for the coach.

I've tried out a few sports in my life, but I wasn't always the best of the best. Im always down to try new things which involve staying active. Tennis was new to me & seemed pretty interesting to try out especially trying to get my off this tough time of our lives. Cameron did an excellent job teaching me the all around aspect of Tennis. He was very welcoming, friendly, welcoming & patient with me every step of the way. His enthusiasm & passion for tennis makes sense to why he enjoys teaching so much more than the other people I've trained with. Hes so down to Earth, sometimes feels more like a friend than a trainer. Honestly, out of all the trainers I've met I highly recomend this one of a kind individual. Looking forward to our next sesh! (:

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I request you arrive early before the actual lesson so we can chat a little and I can get an understanding of your current level & experience, and just get to know you a bit.

Then, based on the feedback you provided, we hit the courts beginning on improving what you told me most needs work, or with a first-time player/beginners lesson.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Private Lessons from United States Professional Tennis Association Instructors.

I traveled the country working hand in hand with best selling authors in the Psychology and Business Fields.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Generally $60 an Hour, but I increase it if I have to drive far, or decrease it for bulk lesson purchases.

How did you get started teaching?

I taught High School Students on my old team, my brother, friends.

What types of students have you worked with?

Children, High School Students, Adults.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Us Open 2016 which I attended in person.

Indian Wells Final Which I attended in person in 2011... which is "relatively recently."

That's a tough one in 2020, since we aren't really available to do much.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

It's all about how the chemistry you have with the coach. How you understand them, and how your personalities match.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What their goals are, their current level is, opportunities for growth.
