I tailor sessions to the needs of my students, but because I have many years of experience, successfully assisting actors land roles and entry into conservatory training programs, I am also able to encourage them to use their talents to their best advantage.

Specifically, I help actors overcome physical and vocal constraints that might hold them back. Being both physically and vocally agile powerful gives an actor unbelievable advantages in a competitive world. Confidence is of supreme importance, so I do everything I can to build that confidence through a strong core of skills.

I will also be honest about where I think an actor needs more training and what I believe their limitations might be. Gentle, but honest. And besides, acting should be FUN! So, although I have high standards and want my actors to meet those standards, I also know that without joy, no performance reaches an audience!

I love watching actors improve and be successful! In fact, even if my students decide to never audition or pursue acting, I believe that our work together will give them life skills and confidence in whatever endeavor they choose to pursue! And that gives me great joy.
