Yogammunity aims to make yoga accessible to everybody. A mixed offering of children's yoga, adult yoga, workshops and events are offered both online and in person. CPR and First aid certification also offered! Be prepared, learn to save a life!
I love all things yoga! The growth in my personal practice has inspired me to go out and teach yoga to children and adults alike to help them navigate through life with a balanced and mindful yoga practice!
