What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20,000 hours of teaching and competition experience. Several world champion professionals titles, plus to teacher awards and a happy student base.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$12 drop in for group classes, discounts by the month and for multiple classes. $75/hr for private lessons with discounts for competition training and for bulk purchases.
What types of students have you worked with?
Teenage through 80 yrs old, make and female, beginner to top professionals.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
There are lots of instructors in the area, but it is harder to unlearn bad habits than it is to learn them right to begin with from a well trained instructor. Also, being a good competitor is a totally different skill set than being a great teacher.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Are you interested in competition, or social dancing, etc? Are you interested in group classes, or the much more effective routes of private lessons or both?
