I have taken clogging classes with Jackie at SlapStep Studio for almost 7 years, and thoroughly enjoy it! Jackie is a great teacher, and we learn a lot of choreography, not only her own but also many of the classics and plenty from other instructors. The variety of classes offers a perfect amount of challenge for a wide range of skill levels, they are incredibly affordable, and a great workout! I highly recommend these classes!

Great instructor! Always willing to go over steps no matter how many times it takes. She has taught a huge variety of dances! She knows what we are capable of, even before we know, and pushes us beyond what we could imagine we would be doing! Fun ,fun, fun!

Jackie has great patience with beginners and can challenge those that excel. She has a great gift for choreography and her classes are fun. You'll learn a lot and get into excellent shape too!

Jackie's dance skills and experience are immediately obvious. She is patient as a teacher, but also pushes and challenges you. She's fun to learn from and teaches a diverse amount of steps to a variety of different music genres. Dancers young and old can learn a lot from her!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We offer new classes based on interest and availability. Very flexible level of learning. Classes can vary by the students wishes and desires. Please text or call with questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been clogging for over 30 years and have taught at several workshops throughout the US

Only $25 per month for 45 min to 1 hour session each week.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching at age 12 at the dance studio I took classes at.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with all ages. Currently we have mostly adults.
