Just Yume Cooking

I have owned my popular restaurant for 18 years. I cook gluten-free Asian food since 2007 so I have had to create all sauces and recipes for my restaurant to cook with. Because I operate my very busy restaurant, I understand how to simplify the recipes as well as the methods of cookings so almost anyone can learn and cook delicious Asian-inspired food for them and their loved ones. I have been teaching private classes, on TV...for the past 10 years. My classes are very entertaining but useful and memorable.
