About
Paul Gabriel has been a professional Blues musician, touring performer, instructor, and recording session musician since the late 60's. His diverse and sometimes out of the ordinary instuctional methods have helped hundreds of aspiring young guitarists over the years. He has given instructional courses at some of the finast music shops that were available in Connecticut including Professional Music Center, D'Adarrio Music, Fairfield Guitar Center, and Black Rock Music Center. He is currently a performing artist with multiple Blues recordings available, a Blues Music Award nominee, a recipient of the Connecticut Blues Society Lifetime Achievment Award, and a CT Blues Hall Of Fame inductee as a Master Blues Artist.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I always ask the students what they like and want to learn before I gradually introduce them to my own personal methods and suggestions. I never force anyone to do anything, I just give suggestions with examples that may be encouraging.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
50 years of working with people on a one to one basis and bringing out the best in the students.
