I am a former college level teacher of dance and I feel this brings an awareness and level of expertise to my classes. Our teachers are highly trained professionals who all have a passion for dance. We teach adults and children from ages 3 and up. We have a wonderful preschool dance program as well as our pre professional program and all stages in between. No matter weather you are looking for a fun outlet or pursuing dance as your passion we have the skills and classes to suit your needs. We also have a National award winning competitive dance team for ages 7 and up , a recreational program for ages 3-adult and we are starting a ballroom dance program.
I love children and have a passion for dance. I have danced since the age of three and dance has played such an important role in my life. I love to share my passion and my collegues all share the same passion. We believe that the arts are an invaluable part of every child's education. Dance is an outlet for emotions, a vehicle for making friendships, a source of identity and pride not to mention the physical and educational benefits. Dance is love , dance is life and it's a gift to be shared with everyone!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have danced since the age of three and have a degree in Child and Family Studies from the University of CT as well as a MALS Degree from Wesleyan Unciversity in Dance and Cultural studies. I have taught as an adjunct professor in the Dance Dept at UCONN as well as the Hartford Conservatory Dance (College Program) as well as ESCU dance Dept. I was founder and Artistic Director of Synergy Dance CO and have studeied dance with world renouned professionals . I have performed quite extensively but my passion has always been for teaching and choreography. My specialties are beginner through advanced Tap, Jazz as well as Contemporary and Beginner - Intermendiate Ballet.
