Youth Athlete Development Academy was created to teach the athlete how to master the fundamentals of the sport they play! Being able to help build self-confidence and a fundamental foundation of skills that will allow the athlete to maximize thier unique genetic potential.

It is giving a child an opportunity to be comfortable with their own feet for any sport they may start or already play.

At the current moment i am the head strength and conditioning coach for the Massachusetts Pirates which is a professional arena football team i also work with the patriots for strength and conditioning as well i mentor students in the Boston public school system while training them as well i feel as if i bring a different type of training especially to the younger population where i not only teach them how to be a better athlete through specialized programming and workouts but we work on life skills as well and what’s to come in school and after school for example “college” if that is a goal i also have a Instagram page called turbospaulding...
