About

Hello. My name is Ryan Sands and I'm a professional drummer from Orange, CT. I have been performing nationlly and internationlly for over the past 13 years. I have been teaching for the past 4 years.

In music I believe that everyone is capable of learning an instrument no matter the age or level. As a teacher my goal is to not only to make a great musician but for you to be the best version of yourself through music. For example, some of the students that I worked with went on to college for music, participated in All State/Regionals and many more. Some students who didn't pursue a career in performance went to do great things in music therapy, music administration and music education.

If you have a passion for music or just want to learn just for fun, lets work together and create.

Knowing that my students are able to express themselves, acheive in and outside of our lessons.

    2. Know what it is, or have a general idea of what you're looking for.

    3. Seek a teacher who can balance what you want and what you need.
