At the current moment i am the head strength and conditioning coach for the Massachusetts Pirates which is a professional arena football team i also work with the patriots for strength and conditioning as well i mentor students in the Boston public school system while training them as well i feel as if i bring a different type of training especially to the younger population where i not only teach them how to be a better athlete through specialized programming and workouts but we work on life skills as well and what’s to come in school and after school for example “college” if that is a goal i also have a Instagram page called turbospaulding...

I'm an old school fighter. Taught Martail Arts for and self-defense for 10 yrs. Use to train as a kick boxer and Maui Tai Boxing. We'll use actual street fighting boxing that will work if and when needed. I like the expression on my clients face when they put thing [combinations] together ... Just the feeling one has when you help someone reach their goals no matter what it is
