Founded in 2014, Norwalk Metropolitan Youth Ballet, located in Norwalk, Connecticut, provides top-tier ballet instruction to dancers of all skill levels. More than just a ballet studio, NMYB offers a nurturing, community-focused environment, where students develop their technique, artistry, and personality through a range of classes. NMYB's curriculum respects the traditions of classical dance, and is designed to meet the needs of recreational dancers and those aspiring to a professional ballet path. Their Apprentice Ensemble and Ensemble Étoile benefit from competing in the world's largest ballet competition, the Youth America Grand Prix.
