Angelo & his wife, Pam, live in Hamden with their daughter, Madison and Son, Andrew. Angelo has a passion for caring and inspiring people at every age, on and off the court.

I love to ignite a passion within the player, junior or adult, to both love and learn the game of tennis!

Our teaching professional CARE about every player on their court and in our program. My specialty is the mental game and strengthening mental skills and building emotional and mental resilience.

Excellent coaching for every level / age / type of player. For beginners, the coaches establish strong fundamentals of the game to build on. For higher-level players, they layer on advanced techniques and strategy. Very well-maintained har-tru courts with courteous and helpful staff.

    Frequently asked questions

We first give a complimentary hitting evaluation to determine the best fit.

We have either private lessons or clinics to help players improve their game. Privates drill down on technique, tactics and strategies in a one-on-one environment. Group lessons or clinics have a specific weekly theme that goes from "handwork", "footwork" and then "mindwork".

I competed in High School and D1 Varsity at the University of Connecticut. I had a passion for tennis, both on and off of the court. I was recommended to become a certified tennis teaching professional over 20 years ago. I now not only teach but direct a staff of 15 teaching professionals who care more about every student and player than anyone else!

All levels, from beginner to advanced.

Our players consistently get sportsmanship awards in USTA junior team tennis - we have won 8 state titles in 8 years for the juniors. For the adult we just competed in nationals and was 4th in the US!

Be open-minded to positive change; make sure to have FUN with the process. "Focus on the process; value the outcome."
