Our CEO and founder first began dancing, modeling and commercials in 1980 and performing in live theatre in 1990. With her first writing, film acting, Broadway, she received national and international acclaim by the age of 22 and began teaching in 1995. Fifteen years later, she began the first program in Maryland to bring elementary school students in public schools weekly drama lessons. She became the first full time full point advanced professionally certified drama teachers there. She wrote the Maryland state standards as well as helped found the Maryland Theatre Educators Association in which she still serves as a board member. She has coached actors both young and old and continues her practice and performing in the local Metro area and beyond. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We customize a plan based on the needs of every individual within their skill set, comfort levels and goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hire only Mastered Teachers, Advanced Professionally Certified in the State if Maryland to teach drama.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
One hour is 65$ (Day Player) If your interested in one of our packages the rate drops. Do you know how many sessions you would like? If your committed to 6 sessions (Bit Part), the hourly rate drops to 60$. 12 sessions (Series Regular), 55$, 18 sessions (Guest Star), 50$, 24 sessions (Principal) is 45$ and 30 sessions (Lead) is 40$. Hope this helps you in your investment! You can change your package at any time. It’s a pay as you go with whichever package you commit to and decide to use.
