About
I thrive in creating a personable learning experience to each of my students no matter the age or background. I believe You got to be versatile with people's learning style and capabilities so that they may enjoy learning and making art. Through my 15 years of studying and teaching Art in both here in the US and in Brazil, my homeland, I've come to realize with the support of my mentors, peers and my family that my niche is to alternatively educate people in the arts for the enrichment of culture. So get on board with me and let's Create some Fine Art Photography!
I enjoy presenting students with simplified theories of art and mentoring them on techniques and a variety of alternative processes in developing photography work that comes from their soul.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First thing I do before first day of class is send out an enthusiastic email and call shortly after. Briefly discussing and establishing the learning goals for the course based on the visual literacy, technical, and intellectual competencies the students should achieve by the end of a period is ideal for me to design the course or update an existing course for the student's desired outcomes. The syllabus and the schedule are completed along with a comprehensive strategy for what will take place on the first day of class which is always no less then an hour or two.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at Corcoran College of the Arts, and New School University Fine Art Photography.
