I took golf lessons myself 20 yrs ago to learn the rules, fundamentals and the game. Now I carry a 6.7 handicap. Its safe to say that I get more birdies and I do bogeys.
Swimming - I I've been Red Cross certified teacher and habe taught over 1000 people kids and adult how to swim. I have also been a certified USSA United States Swimming Association certified coach. Personally I used to swim faster than some fish. So I still enjoy teaching so I'm out of shape now. =;)
