About

We teach people of all abilities -- from five-year-old learners to active seniors to elite athletes -- how to play tennis and improve their mobility, athletic performance and technique through the Volt Method, a unique process of connecting thoughts to actions and to internal feedback.

We work intentionally toward developing athletes and improving performance by following a three-step process linked by internal feedback. The skills practiced here will accelerate progress and build a solid foundation for other areas of motor learning. Serving Apopka and Central Florida, Tennis Galaxy’s programs are offered at the Northwest Recreation Complex in Apopka.
