Welcome to PLG Arts!
My name is Paty Rodrigues, and it is with great pleasure that I introduce myself as a theatrical director, coach, writer, educator, and mother of two. With years of experience in Brazil, I have decided to embark on new paths in the United States, where I founded PLG Arts with a clear mission: to assist not only actors or aspiring actors but also ordinary individuals who need the skills of an actor to navigate life's most challenging conflicts.
My approach encompasses expressive communication in various contexts, whether on a stage, in a classroom, or in a business meeting. I work on the awareness and transition of body and emotional movement, helping people confront the antagonisms of daily life.
Over the past 20 years, I have accumulated valuable experience in the world of theater, combining it with my dedication to parental guidance through positive discipline. My journey includes in-depth studies of body and mind, psychopedagogy, neurolinguistics, and hypnotherapy. I employ strategies of creative organization and household economics to provide practical solutions beyond personal interventions.
My academic background includes a degree in Performing Arts and a postgraduate degree in Theater. I am an active student and practitioner of various disciplines, such as Yoga Kids, neurolinguistics, coaching, and energetic hypnotherapy. I am certified in positive discipline, consolidating a holistic approach to personal development.
My students not only acquire theatrical skills but also transform into individuals more conscious of themselves, promoting ease of interaction in a chaotic world. I am committed to offering not only theoretical knowledge but also practical tools to face the challenges of everyday life.
