Look no further! Here at Fred Astaire Dance Studio, we can teach anybody how to dance. For 70 years, we have specialized in ballroom dance instruction! Whether you are preparing for a cruise, a gala, or a trip to South America, we can teach you how to move and groove on the dance floor. We even choreograph first dances for wedding couples! What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our studio team will work together to place you with the perfect instructor for all of your needs. We will create a custom-made plan to help you achieve all of the goals you set!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors are classically trained in the ballroom arts. Some have been trained in-studio, others oringinally trained in Europe, the epicenter of ballroom dancing perfection!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We have some great deals up for grabs here! If you are a Naples resident 3+ months out of the year, we have an introductory deal of $40 for 2 one-on-one lessons, after which we will give you multiple choices of different package plans to choose from.
What types of students have you worked with?
Our clientele varies from casual couples looking for a romantic date night, to hardened competitors with years of experience! We welcome all kinds here, and in the end, we are all here for the simple enjoyment of dancing and always learning new things!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We have fantastic parties every Thursday night -- we dim the lights, turn up the music, and have everyone out on the dance floor dancing the night away!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Don't be nervous -- we love our new students, and we can all remember what it was like to learn how to dance for the first time. We will never judge you, and we are here to help in whatever way we can!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
