What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I try to make learning golf fun. Many students come after listening to their spouse and are tense so I try to make the game fun keep the people relaxed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i am semi retired from owning a Driving in Ft Myers, 20 yrs as the Director of Golf for IBM Corporation on NY and years of PGA Teaching seminars

i offer a price to fit the students schedule, and the amount of lessons taken
How did you get started teaching?
I caddied and the pro helped when I was in high school. He got me hooked on the game and been involved from being a caddy to Director of Golf at IBM C C in NY
I still take lessons because we all fall into bad habits and need help.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have work all levels of ability I enjoy people from beginners to intermediate level, players if you learn fundamentals correctly the game is much easier

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Call and you can get feel for the person demeanor and his/her vision of teaching this great game
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I think talking on the phone will get you the feeling of his teaching theories and demeanor.
In my opinion they should be teaching the basic fundamentals, if they don’t find another teacher
