What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We will attack whatever piec the studnet is currently working on.  Whether it's an audition or a scene for class or a monologue.   We dive in and learn to swim.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a BFA in Acting from NWSA in Miami.   With over 20 years of professional experience both in the theatre and on set, my knowledge is practical and real world.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

It's a low hourly.  $25-$75 depending on the students goals

How did you get started teaching?

years ago my first acing class was a team improv class for kids.  Being around hungry students lit a fire that hasn't gone out since.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have taught on camera acting for 7 year olds to adults.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I finished a one man show and our last performance was the best.  The audience was full of fans of theatre and were incredibly supportive.   They participated and in turn, it brought out the best in me as an actor.  It was so inspiring.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Make sure you can connect with your teacher.   Energy wise.  If a teacher desn't touch you or excite you then that relationship probably isn't what you want and should keep exploring.   The right fit is out there.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Know what you want to attuackand learn about.  Have a realistic goal for classes and always set goals for yourself.
