Hey there! My name is Marion-Skye Brooke Logan. I’m a professional dance teacher and dancer from Miami and NYC. I’m 28 and I have worked with Alvin Ailey, Juilliard, and humans from the ages of 3+ for 16 years! My latest endeavor I was a charter school dance teacher for grades 6-12th. I love to teach dance, the study of gravity and ways to find your groove.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Whenever I'm working with a new student the most important thing to understand is that we can ALL dance! We are out here to move so let's move!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA from New World School of the Arts
I studied in San Francisco and Israel.
I work in NYC as the assistant to the choreographer of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.
I'm trained in Jazz, Ballet, Hip hop, Modern, and much more.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
1st lesson 1 hour: $50
1st lesson 2 hours: $100
continueing lessons 1 at a time: $64 per hour
package deals:
5 lessons $275
10 lessons: $500 - best deal!
if I have to travel to you we can discuss traveling costs if they apply. They might not.
How did you get started teaching?
I have been dancing since I was 3 years old and my mother owns a studio so I started teaching at 15 years old. I'm now 25 and I am ready to share my knowledge with the world!

Recently I worked with Alvin Ailey as the assistant to Jamar Roberts. It's my favorite job with my favorite person on my favorite dance company!!
