Hello! Here at Evo Era we focus on developing optimal physical performance and mindset training to help our students take on any challenges in life. Whether it be in the gym or on the football field we have 10+ years of experience of training in both. With 5+ years of NASM in-person training with specializations including corrective exercise, sports nutritions, and performance enhancement.

My services stand out because of the coaching I had growing up. Matt Cleveland, my former high school baseball coach, is currently the head baseball coach at Spruce Creek High School, and his team were the 2021 runner up to Douglas High School in State of Florida Championship. Alex Morales (head coach) and Kyle Forbes (pitching coach) were my coaches at Palm Beach State (JUCO D1) and I played for one of the best DII schools in the nation, University of Charleston. I love building relationships. I am a teacher in the school district of Palm Beach County and travel baseball coach for Barwis Dragons 10u....

Matilus sports performance is ran by Mr. Matilus himself. Specialize in all sports performance. You will get hands on training, both of physicality and mentally.

I am very passionate about what I am doing. You will get results. I enjoy the progression, to see an athlete who’s not that fast or can’t control their bodies. It gives me great pleasure to see how my training methods help athletes to become better. I’ve trained off and on for different clients, mostly one on one and the guys I work with showed progress within a few weeks....
